目前,我国进入全面深化改革的历史时期,企业的经营发展、转型升级步伐加快,职工的综合素质特别是责任意识,在企业的持续发展中作用愈加明显。如何增强员工的责任意识,提高职工工作的积极性和创造性,已成为企业管理者亟待认真破解的课题。责任文化建设的必要性和紧迫性责任是永恒的话题。2005年、2006年中央电视台举办的两届经济人物颁奖典礼,都把责任作为主题词。由此可见,“责任具有至高无上的价值,它是一种伟大的品格,在所有价值中它处于最高的位置。”可以说,承担责任,对个人来说就是守住了生命的最高价值,对企业而言是守住了基业长青之“魂”。
