目的研究氯沙坦对高血压病患者血尿酸水平的影响。方法将110例高血压患者随机分成两组。治疗组(57例)给予氯沙坦50-100mg1次/d,对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片20-40mg1次/d。结果两组治疗后尿酸、血压均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论对于血尿酸水平较高的高血压患者优先使用氯沙坦。
Objective To investigate the effect of losartan on the blood uric acid level in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 110 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (57 cases) given losartan 50-100mg 1 times / d, the control group was given nifedipine sustained-release tablets 20-40mg 1 times / d. Results After treatment, uric acid and blood pressure were significantly improved (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS Losartan is preferred for hypertensive patients with high serum uric acid levels.
