新课程改革要求教师要以学生为主体,要让学生参与整个教学过程。作为教师就要充分发挥学生的主观能动性,重视学生的质疑能力的培养。只有发现问题,才能从根本上解决问题。在小学数学的教学实践中,笔者在以下几方面进行了探索和实践。1氛围营造,让学生敢问民主和谐的教学氛围是学生积极主动性发挥的前提,它能消除学生的紧张心理,使学生处于一种宽松的心理环境中。学生心情舒畅,就能迅速地进入学习的最佳状态,乐于思维,敢于质疑。因此,教师要与学生角色平等,变“一言堂”为师生互动。
The new curriculum reform requires that teachers should take students as the main body and make students participate in the whole teaching process. As a teacher, we should give full play to students ’subjective initiative and attach importance to the cultivation of students’ ability to question. Only by finding the problem can we fundamentally solve the problem. In the elementary mathematics teaching practice, the author has carried on the exploration and the practice in the following several aspects. 1 atmosphere to create, so that students dare to ask the democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere is a prerequisite for students to play a proactive role, it can eliminate the student’s nervousness, so that students in a relaxed psychological environment. Students feel comfortable, you can quickly enter the best state of learning, willing to think, dare to question. Therefore, the teacher should equal the role of students, change “a word of the Church ” for the interaction of teachers and students.
