如果说一般意义上的优质教学更多的是从外部以成绩的形式来评价,那么新优质教学则更应从老师和学生的感受来界定。首先,学生在这样的教学中能够幸福成长,能够自由呼吸、能够舒展心灵,他向往这样的教学,希望在这样的课堂中去学习去生活。其次,老师不管辛不辛苦,他在这样的学校里工作是幸福的,情感是愉悦的,心态是积极的。当然,他也必然带来一般优质教学不一样的结果:家长和社会能够从心底真正感到满意。近些年来,上海理工大学附属中学超越简单的知识授受,显示了治学之严谨、人文之关怀、艺术之品位、审美之感动、创新之激情、儒雅之风范、诗性之世界、理想之追求、健康之精神。学校全体教师努力开发适合学生的课程,促进学生的个性成长;更多地去搭建自主发展的舞台,创造让学生自由呼吸的教育……
