继南方“黑五类”杂粮食品风靡市场之后,黑小麦、黑玉米、黑稻三大主粮品种也堂皇上市。其中黑玉米因味道鲜美、营养独特,既可嫩穗鲜食,又可冷贮上市;既可粮,又可蔬而地位显赫。广大农民朋友、再就业人员,包括意欲投资农业的企业界的众多朋友们,对其予以极大关注。纷纷要求了解详细情况,以利决策开发。为了不负众望,笔者近日专程采访了这一领域的专家——山西农科院品种资源所助理研究员张效梅女士,从而由此引发出——
