国际互联网(英特网)这个庞大的幽灵,漫游在世界的上空,成为近几年乃至以后若干年人类生活最热门的话题,人类进入了信息社会,人们的生活习惯、生活方式、生活内容正在起着革命性的变革。因此,几乎可以毫不夸张地说,1998年的流行语言是:“你上网了吗?”1998年最新潮的人群乃是“上网一族”。然而,环顾我们周围,“上网”和“上网一族”却并非独占春光,如同任何新事物的出现都会伴随着疑惑和困顿一样。
