(一) 来自我国南北各地的品种,在合肥一般都能够正常生长,獲得一定的块根产量。但是华南地区的一些品种,块根产量不夠稳定,增减产幅度变化比较大;北京等地的一些品种,不論乾旱年份或多雨年份块根产量都比较稳定。(二)来自南北各地二十二个品种中,属春型及夏型品种分別适于合肥地区春栽及夏栽;春夏型及不論春型品种春栽或夏栽均可;秋型的禺北白皮白心品种則以夏栽为好。
