中外新闻事业史是大学新闻学专业的基础课程,对学生的新闻学专业认同、社会责任感和历史使命感形成、新闻事业发展规律的认识和把握具有无可替代的重要作用。新闻史中还蕴含着丰富的人文精神资源,在新闻事业史教学研究和教学改革的过程中,教师必须注意人文精神的总结、提炼和渗透。
The history of journalism in China and abroad is a basic course for college journalism major. It plays an irreplaceable and important role in recognizing and grasping students’ journalistic professional identity, sense of social responsibility and historic mission, and journalistic development law. The history of news also contains rich resources of humanistic spirit. In the process of teaching research and teaching reform in the history of journalism, teachers must pay attention to summarizing, refining and infiltrating the humanistic spirit.
