报告行功能性内窥镜筛窦切除术40例的临床资料。随访3月～1年，症状完全消失8例（20．0％），需进一步治疗才能使症状消失4例（10．0％），症状改善16例（40．0％），需进一步治疗才能使症状改善8例（20．0％），症状无改善4例（1．0％）。均无并发症发生，总有效率为90．0％。并对影响此类手术疗效的有关因素进行分析。
Report of functional endoscopic sinus ethmoidectomy in 40 cases of clinical data. Followed up for 3 months to 1 year, 8 cases (20.0%) completely disappeared and needed further treatment to make symptoms disappear in 4 cases (10.0%) and symptoms improved in 16 cases (40.0%), and further treatment was needed The symptoms improved in 8 cases (20.0%), no improvement in 4 cases (1.0%). No complications occurred, the total effective rate was 90.0%. And analyze the factors that affect the efficacy of such surgery.
