彩色多普勒显像对18例19只眼眶内血管瘤进行研究,并与CT(16只限)MRI(5只眼)和病理检查(5只眼)的诊断结果进行比较。仪器使用Acuson 128 XP/10彩色电脑超声诊断仪(Mountain View.Calif.),线阵探头频率7.0MHz,低频滤波125Hz,在19眼眶内血管瘤中,有15只眼可检出血流信号(占78.95%),获得血流频谱分析的有9只眼(占36.84%)。结果提示彩色多普勒显像有助于眶内血管瘤的识别。
Color Doppler imaging was performed on 18 cases of orbital hemangiomas in 18 cases and compared with the diagnostic results of CT (16 only) MRI (5 eyes) and pathological examination (5 eyes).
