近段时间来,以酒店式公寓为代表的商业地产,成为楼市成交主力。7月面市的酒店式公寓就包括华元·天鹅堡、万国IBC、中奥江锦国际等,总上市量达到1900套以上。而据相关部门统计,2010年杭州上市的酒店式公寓超过1万套,大有“井喷”态势。在近期上市的酒店式公寓中,华元旗下主推户型为65平方米的天鹅堡备受关注。今年3月,华元房产旗下位于浙工大旁的酒店式公寓项目领骏世界刚刚开盘,不到四个月的时间,华元再次推出相同类型的项目——华元·天鹅堡。与过往产品相比,天鹅堡有何独到之处?此外,华元连续推出酒店式公寓,其产品市场接受度如何?
