别墅,据传统解释即别业,是居宅之外用于享受生活的居所,为第二居所而非第一居所。现在别墅在词义中通释为独立的庄园式居所,除具备住宅的基本功能“居住”之外,它更主要体现在对生活品质及身份象征的追寻上。城市别墅是继远郊别墅之后兴起的别墅形态,因其兼具“城市”和“别墅”两种生活方式,并可升级“第一居所”功能而为人所热捧。府尚别墅正是这种特殊别墅形态的卓越代表,那么它是如何实现低密度产品的稀缺性与便捷都市生活的完美统一的呢?
