作者以ICR纯种小白鼠为研究对象,在VSU—L929细胞系统上观察针灸在小鼠体内诱生和促诱生干扰素的作用。实验结果表明:(1)针灸有直接诱生小白鼠干扰素的作用:18—22g雌性小鼠60只,其中实验组30只,电针双侧足三里穴两分钟,疏密波;对照组30只,固定不电针,然后分别于1、4、8、16、24小时采血,实验组和对照组各6只,分离血清,CPE法检测干扰素效价。针后1、4、8、16、24小时的血清干扰素效价分别平均为2.59,4.37,5.04,3.09,2.23 Log2u/ml,
