In the article “Effects of Tremella Polysaccharides on Coagulation and Its Dynamic Observations”, the effective dose of Tremella Polysaccharides in mice for pro-coagulation was experimentally demonstrated to be 800 mg/kg body weight. It has been analyzed that: due to its large molecular weight, it may affect the strength of its extension. To prove this point, we made this experiment. In order to reduce the molecular weight of Tremella Polysaccharides, during the extraction process, after a period of hydrolysis, and then precipitation purification. In 1988, Zhou Ronghan classified the Tremella Polysaccharides as A, B and C. The Tremella polysaccharides used in this experiment were hydrolyzed with the insoluble Tremella species.
