学习不能也不可能没有个性,由于学生个体在遗传、经验等方面的差异,对所学内容的感知、体会总不尽相同。作为教师,应摒弃以往整齐划一的教学观念,给学生充分自由发展个性的时间与空间,引导学生有个性地学习。只有让学生充分释放个性,投入地自主参与教学过程,才能让课堂洋溢学习的情趣,焕发生命的活力,才能符合我国基础教育课程改革所体现“以儿童为中心”的教学理念。那是一次在听课时的感受,我们颇感深刻。 Learning can not and can not have no personality, due to the individual students in the genetic, experience and other differences, the content of the perception, experience is always different.
