目的:研究转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)在血清及组织中的表达与正常肺组织放射损伤的关系。方法:采用ELISA、免疫组化、HE染色和VB染色等方法观察血清和组织中TGFβ1的表达与放射损伤的关系。结果:照射后血清中TGFβ1平均水平均高于照射前,差别意义显著(P<0.05);20Gy、30Gy组血清TGFβ1平均水平亦高于照射前,差别意义显著(P<0.05)。HE染色见各组均有支气管粘膜坏死脱落,20Gy、30Gy组肺泡间隔和肺泡中有巨噬细胞和中性白细胞浸润,20Gy组最明显:免疫组化TGFβ1蛋白的表达和VB染色胶原纤维和弹力纤维的改变亦是20Gy组最明显。结论:初步报告认为生物学因素-TGFβ1在正常组织放射性损伤中有非常重要的作用
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGFβ1) in serum and tissues and the radiation injury of normal lung tissues. Methods: The relationship between TGFβ1 expression in serum and tissue and radiation injury was observed by ELISA, immunohistochemistry, HE staining and VB staining. Results: The mean level of TGFβ1 in serum before irradiation was significantly higher than that before irradiation (P <0.05). The average serum levels of TGFβ1 in 20Gy and 30Gy groups were also significantly higher than those before irradiation (P <0.05) . HE staining showed bronchial mucosa necrosis in all groups, 20Gy, 30Gy group of alveolar septa and alveolar macrophages and neutrophil infiltration, 20Gy group was the most obvious: immunohistochemical expression of TGFβ1 protein and VB staining collagen and elastic Changes in fiber is also the most obvious 20Gy group. CONCLUSIONS: Preliminary reports suggest that the biological factor TGF-β1 plays a very important role in normal tissue radioactive injury
