姚明以个人肖像权被侵犯为由诉讼可口可乐公司一案,因要求诉讼赔偿费仅为一元,故被媒体称为“一元诉讼案”。该案一经披露,即刻受到社会广泛关注,其影响大大超出了体育自身的范畴,很多专家和学者指出:社会体制转型时出现的理念碰撞是导致这起诉讼的根本原因,本期,《体育博览》特邀中国人民大学民法专家杨立新和著名社会学者邓穗平与读者朋友共同聚焦“姚明肖像权案”。
Yao Ming litigated the case of Coca-Cola on the grounds that his portrait rights had been violated. The claim was that the litigation compensation was only a dollar and was therefore called the “one dollar lawsuit case” by the media. As soon as the case was disclosed, it was immediately subjected to wide public concern. Its influence greatly exceeded the scope of sports itself. Many experts and scholars pointed out that the collision of ideas in the transition of social system is the fundamental cause of this lawsuit.
