11月16日,省政府在济南举行仪式,授予霄·安凯等22名外国专家2011年度“齐鲁友谊奖”荣誉称号。国家外国专家局副局长刘延国、山东省副省长郭兆信为获奖专家颁奖并致辞。刘延国在致辞中对我省引进国外人才智力工作取得的成绩给予充分肯定,强调要始终坚持人才工作方针,在培养大批国内优秀人才的同时,进一步加大引进国外智力体制机制的创新力度,重视引进更多国外高素质人才,为我国现代化建设提供强大的人才智力支撑。
On November 16, the provincial government held a ceremony in Jinan to award 22 foreign experts such as Xiao Ankai the honorary title of 2011 Qilu Friendship Award. Liu Yanuo, deputy director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, and Guo Zhaoxin, vice governor of Shandong Province, presented awards and made speeches to award-winning experts. In his speech, Liu Yan-guo fully affirmed the achievements made by our province in recruiting foreign intellectuals. He stressed that we should always adhere to the guidelines for the work of personnel, train a large number of domestic talents, and further increase the innovation in introducing foreign intellectual and institutional mechanisms, attaching importance to the introduction of More foreign high-quality personnel, and provide a powerful intellectual support for the modernization of our country.
