企业的竞争力无疑是个沉重的话题,可我们回避不了它。就像运作企业会遇到生死存亡一样,你不得不去面对。伊查克·爱迪博士在其所著的《企业生命周期》一书中就提出,企业也是像人和生物那样有生命周期的,死亡不可避免,当然长寿可以去刻意追求。考察本土企业的成功,主要在于把握好三个要点:提供更低成本的产品;实用产品技术转化;更了解国内市场的发展和游戏。事实上,包括联想在内的众多国内企业都这么做,然而现在看起来还发展不错的势头到底能保持多久,那就难说了。
The competitiveness of enterprises is undoubtedly a heavy topic, but we can not avoid it. Just like running a business, you have to face life and death. In his book The Life Cycle of Enterprises, Dr. Ichak Aidi proposed that enterprises also have life cycles like humans and creatures, and death is inevitable. Of course, longevity can be deliberately pursued. Investigating the success of local enterprises, mainly lies in grasping three key points: to provide lower-cost products; practical product technology conversion; better understand the development of the domestic market and games. In fact, many domestic companies, including Lenovo, are doing the same, but it seems hard to say how long the momentum that looks good still remains for the long term.
