接力赛跑激烈、扣人心弦,最能体现团队精神,这一项目深受中学生的喜爱。在以往的接力教学中由于交代不清和练习方法不合理也出现过学生在交接棒时掉棒、相互碰撞等“事故”。为了解决以上问题又能让学生掌握正确的交接棒技术,现介绍两种接力赛跑教学方法,供参考。一、直道接力练习方法:1.在比赛跑道上准备四个标志桶作为起、终点和接力区的四个号位(如图一),两支接力棒。
