一、前言为了提高电解加工精度和改善某些金属材料在电解加工后的表面质量问题,我们从电解加工生产实践出发,直接在D3575机床上进行试验。多年生产实践表明,列铁基合金而言氯酸钠确是一种精度高、效率高、质量好的电解液,但价格较贵。NaNO_3电解液的加工精度好,价格较便宜,但效率低对,流场条件非常敏感。在NaNO_3中加入适量的NaClO_3对提高电流效率和改善表面质量取得了满意的效果。
I. Introduction In order to improve the accuracy of electrolytic machining and improve the surface quality of some metal materials after electrolytic machining, we proceed from the practice of electrolytic machining and test directly on the D3575 machine tool. Years of production practice shows that iron-based alloys in terms of sodium chlorate is indeed a high precision, high efficiency, good quality electrolyte, but more expensive. NaNO_3 electrolyte processing accuracy, the price is cheaper, but the efficiency is low, the flow field conditions are very sensitive. Addition of proper amount of NaClO_3 to NaNO_3 has achieved satisfactory results in improving the current efficiency and improving the surface quality.
