11月中下旬将冬小麦花粉试管苗栽入田间,然后覆盖塑料薄膜至翌年2月底揭塑料薄膜,气温保持在10～0～13℃,土壤水分保持在占田间持水量的60％～70％,2月底揭塑料薄膜后调查移栽成活率达98.18％。经对618株自然加倍植株的考种,单株平均成穗10.9个,结实358.6粒。
In mid to late November, the winter wheat pollen tube seedlings were planted in the field and then covered with plastic film to expose the plastic film at the end of February of the following year. The temperature was maintained at 10 ~ 0 ~ 13 ℃, and the soil moisture remained at 60% ~ 70% of the field capacity. After the plastic film was exposed at the end of February, the survival rate of transplanting investigation was 98.18%. After the test of 618 natural doubling plants, the average number of single plants reached 10.9 and 358.6 were strong.
