目的 研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)患儿血浆生长激素 (GH)水平的变化 ,探讨血浆GH水平与新生儿HIE严重程度之间的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法测定 5 2例HIE患儿血浆GH水平 ,并与 2 0例对照组患儿比较。结果 中、重度HIE患儿急性期血浆GH水平 [分别为 (18 3± 6 4)、(11 6± 5 1) μg/L]明显低于对照组[(4 2 6± 3 3) μg/L]和轻度HIE组 [(4 4 2± 4 8) μg/L];中、重度HIE患儿恢复期血浆GH水平 [分别为 (5 8 6±11 4)、(4 6 4± 9 6 ) μg/L]明显高于急性期水平。 结论 新生儿HIE患儿血浆GH水平的变化与HIE的严重程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma levels of growth hormone (GH) in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to explore the relationship between plasma GH levels and neonatal HIE severity. Methods Plasma GH levels in 52 children with HIE were measured by radioimmunoassay and compared with 20 children in the control group. Results In the acute phase of severe HIE, the levels of plasma GH were significantly lower than those in the control group [(18 3 ± 6 4) and (11 6 ± 5 1) μg / L, respectively] [(42 6 ± 3 3) μg / (442 ± 48) μg / L], and the levels of plasma GH in patients with moderate and severe HIE during convalescence [(586 ± 114) and (464 ± 9) 6) μg / L] was significantly higher than the acute phase. Conclusion The change of plasma GH level in neonates with HIE is closely related to the severity of HIE.
