本文研究了溶胶 -凝胶法制备的光学薄膜表面粒度及其分布 ,结果表明 :膜表面的粒度大小与热处理温度及陈化时间有关 ,粒度分布函数可为泊松分布 ,正态分布等
In this paper, the particle size and distribution of optical films prepared by sol-gel method were studied. The results show that the size of the surface of the films is related to the heat treatment temperature and aging time. The particle size distribution function can be Poisson distribution, normal distribution, etc.
