通过普通光镜和透射电镜技术,研究了中药白术延缓小鼠肾脏衰老的作用。结果表明,灌服白术液的小鼠肾小体数量、大小、硬化肾小体的比例、肾小囊腔的宽度、足细胞裂孔隙及血管球基膜厚度等项指标均与对照组不同(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。实验证明白术有抗肾脏衰老的作用。
The effects of traditional Chinese medicine Atractylodes macrocephala on delaying aging of mouse kidney were studied by ordinary light microscope and transmission electron microscope technology. The results showed that the number of kidney bodies, size, proportion of sclerosing renal bodies, width of renal cysts, podocyte fissure pores, and basement membrane thickness of vascular bulbs were all different from those of the control group. P<0.05, or P<0.01). Experiments show that Atractylodes has anti-aging effect on the kidney.
