本文通过对几组数据的调查分析,认为老年大学应注重以下几个方面的研究工作:老年人个体以及这一庞大群体在老年大学所处的环境和条件;老年大学如何适应人口老龄化的政策法律体系和文化等多方面的需求变化;老年学员生活生命质量的变化及如何在办学中更好地适应老年人的这些变化和人生新追求。而这一切都离不开对老年学的研究。
Based on the survey and analysis of several groups of data, the author thinks that older university should pay more attention to the following research work: the elderly individuals and the environment and conditions of this huge group in older university; how older university adapts to the aging population policy Legal system and culture changes in many aspects of demand; changes in the quality of life of elderly students and how to better adapt to these changes in school and new life pursuit of the elderly. All this is inseparable from the study of gerontology.
