处于公共突发事件高发期的中国,在相当长一段时间,都将面临公共突发事件频发所带来的严峻考验。网络时代背景下,网络成为网民意见表达的自由场地,具有突发性、危险性与高关注度等特点的公共突发事件往往成为网络舆情热点,容易引发网络舆情危机,考验政府的应对能力。通过分析中国公共突发事件网络舆情危机的应对经验与面临的挑战,提出提升公共突发事件网络舆情危机应对能力的几点建议。
In a period of high public emergencies, China, for a long period of time, will face the severe test of frequent public emergencies. Under the background of the Internet age, the Internet has become a free place for netizens to express their views. Public emergencies, which are characterized by suddenness, danger and high attention, often become hot spots of Internet public opinion and easily trigger the crisis of Internet public opinion and test the government’s ability to cope. By analyzing the response experience and the challenges faced by public opinion crisis of public emergency in China, some suggestions on how to improve the public opinion emergency crisis response ability are put forward.
