中国水利学会水利量测技术第五次学术讨论会于90年11月8日至12日在西北水科所培训中心召开。出席会议有高等院校,部属各科研设计单位及各省科研所,以及铁道、交通等科研单位的专家教授和科技人员共一百人。水利部科教司有关领导出席并主特了会议,水利出版社的编审和中国水利杂志的记者也参加了会议。
