1 摆脱传统手工操作模式引入先进的信息处理技术,将日常食品卫生监督管理中大量重复性和事务性的工作由电脑取代,有效地减轻人员的手工劳作,节省人力和时间。原来由几个人负责的抄发单据、统计报表等工作可转由一个录入员完成,使有限的人力更集中地投入到监督和监测等工作上。采取微机进行资料管理,取代了手工建档的方式,在业户开业申请时已为其设立了电脑内的档案,从预防性卫生工程
