本文报道了旋毛虫幼虫循环抗原(CAg)和免疫复合物相关抗原(ICs)的分子量,以及幼虫杆状体(stichosome)内抗原的识别。用杂交Wistar鼠,每只感染1000条旋毛虫幼虫,感染后第21天采取鼠血清,用直接激光比浊计测定血清光散射指数,>50即确定为ICs。用常规方法制备抗旋毛虫的单克隆抗体(McAb)。
This article reports the molecular weight of circulating antigen (CAg) and immune complex-associated antigens (ICs) of Trichinella spiralis larvae and the identification of antigens in larval stichosomes. The hybrid Wistar mice were infected with 1000 Trichinella spiralis larvae each. Serum was collected on the 21st day after infection and the serum light scattering index was measured by a direct laser nephelometer (> 50). Anti-Trichinella monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) were prepared by conventional methods.
