采用扫描电镜和光镜观察30只胎龄为19~36周胎儿眼角膜内皮细胞层,结果胎儿角膜内皮细胞密度随胎龄的增加而减少,二者呈负相关(r=-0.97,P<0.01);胎儿角膜内皮细胞间连接于胎龄31~36周趋于完整;胎儿角膜内皮细胞的异型性大,六边形细胞数仅占42.62%。作者认为胎儿时期角膜内皮细胞层结构处于不稳定状态。
Scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy were used to observe the corneal endothelial cell layer in 30 fetuses with gestational age of 19-36 weeks. As a result, the density of fetal corneal endothelial cells decreased with the increase of gestational age, with a negative correlation (r = -0.97, P <0.01). Fetal corneal endothelial cells became more and more intact at 31-36 gestational age. The atypia of fetal corneal endothelial cells was large with only 42.62% of hexagonal cells. The authors believe that the fetal corneal endothelial cell layer structure in an unstable state.
