S_(808)成功地用于硅钙质胶磷矿的直接浮选,无疑是一项重大突破。笔者从研讨S_(808)有效组份出发,剖析药剂的主要物质组成和研究其在浮选过程中的作用,在此基础上研制出了SM—101。经验证,它可以有效抑制胶磷矿中的碳酸盐矿物,选别指标与S_(808)相当,其抑制剂用量、碳酸钠用量、COD值均优于S_(808),称得上是有希望的新药剂。 (一)药剂加工原理及性质 我们应用反相离子对液相色谱,首次展现了S_(808)主要组份的分布(图1)。
The success of S_ (808) in the direct flotation of Si-Ca colloidal phosphate rock is undoubtedly a major breakthrough. Based on the study of the effective components of S_ (808), the author analyzed the main material composition of the pesticide and studied its role in the flotation process. Based on this, SM-101 was developed. It has been proved that it can effectively inhibit the carbonate minerals in colloidal phosphate rock. The sorting index is equivalent to that of S_ (808), and its inhibitor dosage, sodium carbonate dosage and COD value are better than S_ (808) Promising new agents. (A) the principle and nature of pharmaceutical processing We use reversed-phase ion-pair liquid chromatography, for the first time showed the distribution of the main components of S_ (808) (Figure 1).
