目的:用封蜡密度测定法测定中药常见矿物药及其煅制品的密度,研究和建立中药煅制品松(酥)脆程度的检测方法。方法:以密度为检测指标,考察直接密度测定法、封蜡密度测定法测定矿物药及其煅制品密度的准确度,优选密度测定方法。结果:直接密度测定法与封蜡密度测定法测得的自然铜生品、赭石生品、煅自然铜、煅赭石的密度有显著的差异(P<0.01),直接密度测定法比封蜡密度测定法测得的自然铜生品、赭石生品、煅自然铜、煅赭石的密度平均增加1.66%,9.43%,96.72%,9.02%。结论:直接密度测定法不适用于矿物药及其煅制品的密度测定,而封蜡密度测定法准确度高,较适用于矿物药及其煅制品的密度测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the density of common mineral medicines and their calcined products in traditional Chinese medicine by using the wax density measurement method, and to study and establish the detection methods for the degree of looseness and crispness of Chinese traditional medicines. Methods: Density was used as a detection index to examine the accuracy of the density measurement of mineral drugs and their calcined products by direct density measurement and sealing wax density determination, and to optimize the density determination method. RESULTS: The density of natural copper, vermiculite, calcined natural copper, and calcined vermiculite measured by direct density measurement and sealing wax density measurement method were significantly different (P<0.01). The direct density measurement method was superior to the sealing wax density. The density of natural copper raw material, vermiculite raw material, calcined natural copper, and calcined vermiculite measured by the assay increased by an average of 1.66%, 9.43%, 96.72%, and 9.02%. Conclusion: The direct density measurement method is not suitable for the determination of the density of mineral drugs and their calcined products, while the closed-wax density measurement method has high accuracy and is more suitable for the determination of the density of mineral drugs and their calcined products.
