本文报告以氯甲基聚苯乙烯树脂作为固相载体、按顺序用逐步合成法固相合成了人心房肽Ⅲ。产物经高压纸电泳、分子量测定和酸水解后氨基酸组成分析,证明为化学均一的单体分子。成品经生物活性测定,显示有很强的利钠、利尿以及降低动脉压的作用。
This paper reports the solid phase synthesis of human atrial natriuretic peptide Ⅲ using chloromethyl polystyrene resin as the solid phase carrier in sequence. The product was analyzed by high-pressure paper electrophoresis, molecular weight determination and amino acid composition analysis after acid hydrolysis proved to be chemically uniform monomer molecules. Finished biological activity determination, showed a strong sodium, diuretic and reduce the role of arterial pressure.
