蒂森 克虏伯钢铁公司 (TKS)每年经过多道工序加工处理大量原料 ,生产大约 1 50 0万t钢。钢铁生产的基础是持续保证原料的高质量 ,因为相关工序中的每个工序的生产都取决于上道工序的优质产品。因此 ,对每个工序的原料和产品进行定期和完善的取样 ,对于质量监测和过程控制具有重要意义。取样分析的结果 ,一方面可作为计算原料费用的基础 ,另一方面还可为各个工序进行合理的质量及过程控制提供基础信息。本文以铁矿石、烧结矿以及铁、钢和液态炉渣为例 ,介绍了钢铁生产过程中进行取样分析的重要性
ThyssenKrupp Steel (TKS) processes large quantities of raw materials through multi-pass processes each year to produce about 15 million tons of steel. The steel production is based on the continuous guarantee of a high quality of the raw material, since the production of each process in the relevant process depends on the quality of the process. Therefore, regular and complete sampling of raw materials and products for each process is important for quality monitoring and process control. Sampling and analyzing the results, on the one hand, can be used as the basis for calculating the cost of raw materials, on the other hand, each process can provide reasonable quality and process control to provide basic information. Taking iron ore, sinter, iron, steel and liquid slag as examples, this paper introduces the importance of sampling analysis in the process of steel production
