目的:探析甲酚醛一次法根管治疗乳牙牙髓炎和根尖周炎的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院2009年1月-2011年12月期间收治的100例乳牙牙髓炎、根尖周炎患儿,随机平均分为A、B两组。给予A组患儿甲酚醛一次法根管治疗,给予B组患儿常规多次法根管治疗,对比两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果:两组患儿术后第7天疼痛比例对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组成功率为93.4%,B组成功率为92.1%,两组对比差异显著具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲酚醛一次法根管治疗乳牙牙髓炎和根尖周炎临床效果显著,操作简便、安全、经济,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of cresol formaldehyde primary root canal treatment of deciduous pulpitis and apical periodontitis. Methods: 100 cases of deciduous pulpitis and apical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into A and B groups. A group of children given cresol a root canal treatment of root canal, giving group B children with conventional multiple root canal therapy, compared with two groups of children with clinical treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in pain ratio between the two groups on the seventh day after operation (P> 0.05). The success rate of group A was 93.4% and that of group B was 92.1%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The cresol nomal root canal treatment of deciduous pulpitis and apical periodontitis clinical effect is significant, easy to operate, safe and economical, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
