两年多来,我们在实践中摸索到一条培养和提高干部的主要途径,那就是自觉地把工作和学习结合起来,从当前工作出发,调动全编辑部力量去着手解决工作中的许多矛盾,在解决工作矛盾过程中,自始至终贯串政治教育和业务教育。只要自觉地这样做,其结果是既解决了工作问题,又能使干部的政治水平和业务水平在很短期内得到很快的提高。正因为我们把工作和学习结合起来,这就促使干部更其关心自己的工作,热情地去钻研工作中的问题,在工作中发扬主动性和创造性。下面介绍一下我们的三种做法。
