互联网环境下,新媒体手段的出现给高中班主任工作带来了较大的影响。随着QQ微信微博等手段的出现,学生的生活发生了一定的变化。为了能够有效地开展班主任工作,高中班主任应当对新媒体手段有正确的认识,并做好新媒体手段的了解和应用。做到有效地应用新媒体手段构建完善的班级管理体系,实现对学生的有效管理。同时充分的发挥新媒体手段的优势,做到利用新媒体手段,有效地融入到学生的生活中去,做学生的知心人。
