1例52岁男性患者,因中毒性巨结肠拟行全结肠切除,手术前发生格林-巴利综合征,导致呼吸衰竭,戴呼吸机状态下切除全结肠。术后4个月再次出现小肠溃疡,给予环磷酰胺和激素治疗后小肠溃疡好转。
A 52-year-old male patient undergoing total colon resection due to toxic megacolon was treated with Guillain-Barre syndrome before surgery resulting in respiratory failure and removal of the whole colon with a ventilator. 4 months after the re-emergence of small intestinal ulcer, given cyclophosphamide and hormone treatment of small bowel ulcers improved.
