用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从喜树种子中提取喜树碱。在CO2流量20 L/h的条件下,探讨了夹带剂、萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间对喜树种子中喜树碱提取率的影响。通过正交实验设计验证并确定了超临界CO2萃取喜树种子中喜树碱的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间120 min,夹带剂乙醇体积分数90%。在该条件下,喜树碱平均提取率为76.98%,所得到的萃取物中喜树碱的质量分数达43.68%。
Extraction of Camptothecin from Camptotheca acuminata seeds by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. The effect of entrainer, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction rate of camptothecin in Camptotheca acuminata seed was studied under CO2 flow of 20 L / h. The optimum technological conditions of extraction of camptothecin from Camptotheca acuminata seeds by supercritical CO2 were confirmed by orthogonal experimental design. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 25 MPa, extraction temperature 50 ℃, extraction time 120 min and entrainer ethanol volume fraction 90%. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate of camptothecin was 76.98%, and the mass fraction of camptothecin in the obtained extract reached 43.68%.
