目的掌握大学新生的心理健康状况,帮助大学生提高心理素质,健全人格,增强承受挫折的能力和适应当今快速变化的社会环境的能力。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价大学新生的心理状况。结果某校08级新生心理健康状况总体上尚好,但仍存在着较明显的心理问题及心理障碍,男生高于女生,农村学生高于城市学生,其比例与全国其他高等院校大致相当。结论加强大学生心理健康教育,帮助大学生树立健全的人格,将有助于减少学生心理问题的产生和心理障碍的出现。
Objective To grasp the mental health status of freshmen, to help college students improve their psychological quality, improve their personality, enhance the ability to withstand setbacks and adapt to today’s rapidly changing social environment. Methods Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to evaluate the psychological status of college freshmen. Results The mental health status of 08 freshmen in a certain school was generally good, but there were still obvious psychological and psychological problems. The male students were higher than the female students, and the rural students were higher than the urban students, which was roughly equal to that of other colleges and universities in China. Conclusion Strengthening mental health education for undergraduates and helping them to establish sound personality will help reduce the occurrence of psychological problems and the emergence of psychological barriers.
