目的研究宿州市某卫校一年级新生的心理健康状况及其影响因素与危害健康行为的关系,为促进中等卫校学生心理健康、预防和控制焦虑症状、危害健康行为提供依据。方法采用自编学生健康行为调查表和焦虑自评量表(SAS),对宿州某卫校750名一年级新生调查进行了横断面调查。结果卫校新生SAS标准分为41.09±8.79,焦虑症状与常模比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);焦虑症状的检出率为12.6%;自杀意念与行为、每天上网是焦虑症状有统计学意义的变量(P<0.05)。结论焦虑症状和家庭因素、危害健康行为有关,必须采取综合措施,促进学生心理健康。
Objective To study the relationship between the mental health status and its influencing factors and the health risk behaviors among the first-year freshmen in a medical school in Suzhou City, and provide the basis for promoting mental health of secondary school students, preventing and controlling anxiety symptoms and endangering health behaviors. Methods A self-compiled questionnaire for students’ health behaviors and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to survey the first-year freshmen in 750 schools in Suzhou. Results The scores of SAS were 41.09 ± 8.79. There was no significant difference between anxiety and norm (P> 0.05). The detection rate of anxiety was 12.6%. The suicidal ideation and behavior were related to anxiety Statistical significance of variables (P <0.05). Conclusion Anxiety symptoms and family factors, endangering health behaviors, we must take comprehensive measures to promote students’ mental health.
