为了提高治疗效果,临床上往往需要以多种药物治疗一种疾病,以期收到最大治疗效益、减少副作用的目的。治疗多种疾病时,合用的药物增多,各种药物间发生不应有相互作用的机会也随之增多。对可能发生的各种药物相互作用,已有专著出版。临床医生要记住所有这些反应显然是不可能的,而有重要临床意义的药物相互作用,往往淹没在根据非正式病例报告、动物实验或理论提出的大量相互作用中。药物相互作用并非都有重要临床意义,甚至是临床未必能够发现的。原因是(1)很多药物的治疗指数极大,即使药物浓度中等增高,也不致发生毒性,因此由于药物相互作用所致浓度改变可能未被察觉;(2)治疗的疾病可能不很严重,因此药物浓度虽已改变到治疗水平以下,也不易发现;(3)很多药物用时就没有明确的治疗终点,药物
