目的:探讨综合性医院急诊科应对地震等突发大型灾害事件的策略。方法:总结分析绵阳市中心医院急诊科应对5.12地震灾害的实践。结果:由于及时启动应急预案,充分整合和利用资源,顺利完成对地震灾害伤员的急救治疗工作。结论:迅速启动应急预案,积极协调院内、社会、政府的力量是应对地震等突发大型灾害事件的有力措施。
Objective: To explore the strategies of the emergency department of a general hospital in responding to sudden large-scale disasters such as earthquakes. Methods: A summary analysis was made of the practice of the emergency department of the Mianyang Central Hospital in response to the 5.12 earthquake. Result: Due to the timely initiation of the emergency plan, full integration and use of resources, the emergency treatment of the injured in the earthquake disaster was successfully completed. Conclusion: Rapidly launching emergency plans and actively coordinating the power of the hospital, society, and government are powerful measures for responding to sudden large-scale disasters such as earthquakes.
