N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)是一种溶解粘液的生物活性物质,具有如对醋氨酚的解毒作用,也用于预防和降低癌症病人使用环磷酰胺所引起的副作用。本文介绍两种流动注射(FI)法,用分光光度法测定NAC是基于Pd(Ⅱ)和NAC在1 mol/L HCL介质中形成黄色络合物。第一法为常规FI技术,测定范围为5×10~(-5)~5x10~(-3)mol/L,第二法应用双峰FI模式,其工作范围宽度为5×10~(-5)~5×10~(-2)mol/L。FI法适于测定制剂中的NAC,具有快速、简便和价廉等优点。实验仪器 FI系统由 Gilson tiP 4蠕动泵和Omnifit注射活塞,Hellma 18μl
N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) is a mucolytic bioactive substance that acts as a detoxifying agent against acetaminophen and is also used to prevent and reduce the side effects caused by the use of cyclophosphamide in cancer patients. Two flow injection (FI) methods are described in this article. The spectrophotometric determination of NAC is based on the formation of a yellow complex between Pd (II) and NAC in 1 mol / L HCL media. The first method is a conventional FI technique with a measurement range of 5 × 10 -5 to 5 × 10 -3 mol / L. The second method uses a bimodal FI mode with a working range width of 5 × 10 ~ (- 5) ~ 5 × 10 ~ (-2) mol / L. The FI method is suitable for the determination of NAC in preparations, which is fast, easy and cheap. The experimental instrument FI system consists of Gilson tiP 4 peristaltic pump and Omnifit injection piston, Hellma 18 μl
