意大利思想家维柯于1725年发表杰作《新科学》,可惜未能在学界引起足够重视。20世纪中叶之后人文研究经历了“语言”与“文化”的双重转向,于是才开始重新阅读和思考维柯。纵观中西学界近几十年的相关讨论,维柯的诗性智慧说似乎已深入人心,但是其共同意识之见解尚未得到充足的评议。本文从维柯的诗性逻辑入手,探讨语言文化的建构和想象功能,并结合其共同意识之原则,指出真理(包括审美趣味及文学价值判断)标准的社团性和历史性。
Italian thinker Vico published a masterpiece “New Science” in 1725, but unfortunately failed to attract enough attention in academia. Since the middle of the 20th century, humanities studies have undergone a double turn from “language ” to “culture ”, and began to read and think about Vico again. Throughout the decades of discussion between Chinese and Western scholars, Vico’s poetic wisdom seems to have gained popular support, but his common sense has not yet been fully appreciated. Starting from Vico’s poetic logic, this paper explores the construction and imagination of language and culture, and points out the community nature and historicity of the truth (including aesthetic taste and literary value judgment) in combination with the principle of common awareness.
