一、短阵模型1.矩障模型的建立破碎前给料及破碎后产物的粒度分布列成下列形式(表1)。表1中的粒度区间1为最大粒级,n+1为通过最细筛的筛下物(或称“残余”)。在破碎磨细过程中,给料的各粒级都可能受碎,但较小粒级的受碎概率较小。而给料各粒级经破碎所得产品分布于各较小粒级。于是给料中各粒级的破碎产品分布的物料平衡可列出如表2。
