自1989年至1992年我院采用动脉插管区域化疗配合手术治疗晚期鼻腔、鼻窦恶性肿瘤47例。其中男性29例,女性18例,年龄17～73岁。病理类型以鳞状细胞癌最多见30例,腺癌5例,未分化癌4例,恶性黑色素瘤、腺样囊性癌、基底细胞癌各2例,浆细胞肉瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、浆细胞肉瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤各1例。动脉插管采用颞浅动脉逆形插管或颈外动脉顺形插管。化疗药物除恶性黑色素瘤用抗黑瘤外,其余均用环磷酰胺、长春新碱、氟脲嘧啶,3种药物每d只
