高职院校教师的思想道德、价值取向、人生态度如何关系到高职院校教师队伍的稳定程度和为我国社会主义现代化事业培养什么样的建设者的问题。通过对新疆五所高职院校教师的思想道德现状的问卷调查,列联表的相关性检验和相合性测度,详析模式的分层检验,给出了不同分类变量对相关问题的态度、观点、立场。得出目前高职院校教师队伍思想基本稳定,对国家的相关方针、政策、体制能够理解并积极支持,指出了高职院校教师中存在的问题,对进一步提高高职院校教师的思想道德建设水平具有一定的指导意义。
How the teachers’ ideological and moral values, values and life attitudes in higher vocational colleges are related to the stability of the contingent of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the question of what kind of constructor to cultivate for the cause of socialist modernization. Through the questionnaire survey of teachers’ morality status in five higher vocational schools in Xinjiang, the relevancy test and consistency test of contingency table and the stratified test of detailed analysis mode, the attitudes and opinions of different categorical variables on related issues are given ,position. It is concluded that the current thinking of teachers in higher vocational colleges is basically stable. The guidelines, policies and systems of the state can be understood and actively supported. The problems existing in higher vocational colleges and universities teachers are pointed out. It is of great significance to further improve the thinking of teachers in higher vocational colleges The level of moral construction has some guiding significance.
