民营经济作为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,作为国民经济发展新的增长点,为中国经济的持续发展作出了积极的贡献。但是,民营企业在发展过程中,的确存在社会资源分配不公问题。那么,民营企业,尤其是高科技民营企业在发展过程中都存在什么样的困难和问题?其生存环境是否有了较大改善?民营企业对社会资源分配方面都有什么样的要求和期盼?带着这些问题,记者走访了民营企业家王东临和研究民营经济的专家晓亮教授。
